Synergy Health Care Education

This program prepares students to take the state certification exam. Students will learn to address basic care services such as bathing, grooming, feeding and checking patient vital signs. Classes combine theory, skills, and clinical training.

      To be admitted in the program students must: 

• Attend the mandatory orientation.
•  Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
•  Be 16 years of age or older.
• Complete a health screen including a  physical, T.B. clearance, flu vaccine.
• Submit a Covid 19 vaccine or Covid 19 exemption.
